Determine your budget

The average cost of a funeral with cremation is $6,000 to $7,000. These costs do not include a cemetery, monument, marker, or other things like flowers.

Get recommendations
Reviews you can find on Google or Facebook can be very helpful when researching funeral homes. They show what past and present customers of the business think of the services they have received. Generally, a 4- or 5-star ranking is a very good sign of the funeral home's service to families.

Make a decision
