Jacoby Marquis Pillow

JaCoby will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends. Even though our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, JaCoby left us beautiful memories and his love is still our guide. Although we cannot see JaCoby, he will always be at our sides.

JaCoby had a deep love for collecting Jordan shoes and basketball and football jerseys. He had a passion for sports and was an incredibly talented artist. He was a true animal lover, a fun-loving person and the life of every party.  He was very involved in many local and social organizations, such as a volunteer for the San Antonio Zoo. He played basketball with several local AAU Teams and attended Clark High School in San Antonio, TX where he excelled in many sports. He was an amazing force who dominated the sport of basketball and football. He had a beautiful smile that would light up any room and make life more beautiful. He was golden (special, perfect, splendid) and rich in every way. He had the ability to make friends wherever he went. He loved being outdoors and walking.  He was a caring and loving son, a brother we loved unconditionally, a protective uncle, a handsome nephew, a cool cousin and special friend to so many people. 

We are grateful and blessed to know of him, to have loved him and for him to love us back. To his family and friends, he leaves his undying love and unfathomable gratitude. 

JaCoby shared an amazing legacy with his

siblings: Octevia Wagner Hood, Ka’Vessia Skinner, Barry Pillow, Ko’Ayshia Boyd and Aurreana Pillow. Nieces: Shimera Wagner, Janese Falcon, Baelor Pillow, Bella Pillow, Ayla Wagner, Audri Wagner. Nephews: Octavian Wagner, Zaine Pillow, Gabino Maddox and numerous other family members and special friends.

JaCoby was preceded in death by his parents Effie F. Wagner Pillow and Barry G. Pillow.

If love could have saved JaCoby, he would have lived forever.
