Frances Justine Wingate passed away on 14 Dec 2024, but will live on in our hearts forever. Better known as “Cindy”, she was born on 26 July 1953, in San Antonio, Texas. Cindy was the daughter to proud parents Herbert William Hartung and Helen Lois Hartung. She was a loving mother and good friend who ensured laughter, love and support for all those around her. Cindy’s departure has left a void in the hearts of her family and friends.
